Product Description

A2 Desi Cow Ghee:

The fresh high-fat milk of native varieties of cows is boiled and allowed to cool naturally. A small amount of farm-made curd is added to the warm milk and allowed to settle overnight to make the curd. Early morning the curd is churned to get the fresh Makhan, which is cooked on medium flame to obtain the 100% natural and aromatic cultured ghee.

Organic Coconut Oil:

The organic coconut kopras come from certified organic farms. The sun-dried kopras are pressed and crushed in small batches in wooden kohlus at less than 50°C temperature, the natural pure oil so extracted is only single-filtered and is packed in bottles in its most natural forms.

What is Bilona process?

Bilona is an ancient traditional Indian technique for producing ghee. In this method, A2 Cow milk is heated and then allowed to cool. A spoonful of curd is introduced into the milk and left at room temperature overnight. The curd is later churned to separate butter (Makkhan) from it. This butter is then heated to remove the water content, resulting in the extraction of milk solids and pure ghee. This process is done in small batches to maintain it purity, aroma, & taste.

Why God Choice Organic Coconut Oil is better than Coconut refined oil?

Coconut refined oil is produced in bulk in large refineries where it undergoes various processes like degumming, bleaching and deodorization. Acids and bleaching agents are added to the oil in these processes and the oil is heated in heat exchanger and distillation columns at 200-240°C. The above process not only removes the colors and flavor of the natural oil but also strip it off of all the naturally occurring volatile compounds, vitamins and nutrients.
In contrast, our cold pressed Coconut Oil is extracted by pressing and grinding the sun-dried coconut copras in the wooden kohlus at below 50°C temperature and filtering the oil only once. The process is carried out in small batches. The oil so obtains retain its natural flavor, color, vitamins, nutrients and minerals.

An expeller is a mechanical machine with a steel pressing device that exerts high pressure on seeds at elevated temperatures, resulting in lower-quality oil compared to wood-pressed oil. In contrast, oil extracted in wooden kohlus is of much superior quality because the wooden device exerts lower pressure (below 50°C) on the seeds and generates significantly less heat, thus preventing the spoilage of any vitamins and antioxidants in their natural form.
