Product Description

Introducing our sampler box featuring three 150g honey jars each. Choose from the two delightful variants in our assorted pack of honey. Explore the rich flavors and natural goodness of our premium honey selections.

LYCHEE FLOWER HONEY:
During the spring of March, the tiny petal less greenish white Lychee flowers begin to blossom in the Lychee orchids of Northern India. Our bees forage around these orchids to collect the nectar and pollen of these flowers to create light amber-colored honey which is extremely flavorful light and buttery in taste.

MUSTARD FLOWER HONEY:
During the winter season, mustard is the crop of choice in northern India. The intense yellow-colored mustard flowers begin to bloom in December and continue to blossom till the fall of March. Our bees forage around the mustard fields to collect the nectar and pollen of these flowers to create unique creamy crystallized honey.

EUCALYPTUS FLOWER HONEY:
During the winter season in the November month, the flowers of the Eucalyptus tree begin to blossom in the vast plains of northern India. Our bees forage around the area & collect the nectar and pollen of these flowers to make red-coloured, medium-sweet honey with slightly acidic undertones. It is richer in vitamin C & vitamin B9 than other varieties of honey.

TWIN-FLOWER HONEY:
During the winter months of November & December, the flowers of Mustard and eucalyptus blossom together in the vast plains of northern India. Our bees forage around the area & collect the nectar and pollen of both flowers to give us unique semi-crystallized twin flora honey.

HIMALAYAN FOREST HONEY:
During February and March, the spring breaks out in the Kumaon Region of the Himalayas with the blossoming of a large variety of wildflowers. Our bees forage across the valley to collect the nectar and pollen of the flowers to create delicious multi-floral forest honey.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is unpasteurized honey?

The raw honey contains about 180 types of different bio-active and other compounds. During the pasteurization process, the honey is heated at 80°C thereby killing a large number of bio-active compounds.
Our honey is not pasteurized and is therefore full of naturally occurring bio-active compounds, antioxidants, antimicrobial molecules, and other nutrients.

What is unfiltered Honey?

The raw honey tends to crystallize with time. The commercially available honey is finely filtered to minimize the crystallization process and to make it more attractive and appealing to the consumer.
Our honey has not been filtered and therefore is full of naturally occurring bee pollen. Our honey has only been mildly strained to remove the unwanted bee debris, bee wax, and other foreign substances.

What is bee pollen?

Bees collect pollen grains from the anthers of flowers, blending them with nectar and their saliva to store in their honeycombs. Bee pollen serves as a crucial food source for the entire bee colony.
Considered a superfood, bee pollen is exceptionally rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals. It boasts anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antiviral properties. Our honey stands out with the highest bee pollen count, exceeding 15,000 per gram.
Bee pollen is not only a nutritional powerhouse but also contributes to the unique taste profile of our honey.

What is unblended honey?

Commercial honey manufacturers collect all types of honey from different regions and places to mix them all in fixed ratios to make one type of honey having standard colour, taste, and texture. Unblended honey is honey harvested from a specific origin that has not been mixed with any other honey, fillers, or additives. Our honey is unblended.
