During February and March, spring breaks out in the Kumaon Region of the Himalayas with the blossoming of a large variety of wildflowers. Our bees forage across the valley to collect the nectar and pollen of the flowers to create delicious multi-floral forest honey.

This unfiltered honey has not been pasteurized and therefore contains all naturally occurring enzymes, vitamins, flavonoids, bee pollen & other bio-active compounds present in the natural raw honey.
