Refund Policy

RETURN OR REFUND REQUEST FROM THE CUSTOMER WILL BE ACCEPTED IN THE BELOW MENTIONED SITUATIONS:

1. IN CASE OF DAMAGED PRODUCT

In the case of a spoiled product received from GOD CHOICE, please follow these steps for resolution:

  • Required Information: Attach two clear images of the damaged product. Include images of the outer box. Provide your order number in the email. Attach an image of the invoice related to the damaged product.
  • Response Time: Expect a response from GOD CHOICE within 48 hours of your notification.
  • Resolution: Following confirmation, the damaged product will be promptly re-sent to you.
  • Refund requests for missing products will not be entertained.

2. IN CASE OF MISSING PRODUCT

In the event of a missing product from your GOD CHOICE order, please adhere to the following steps:

  • Notify GOD CHOICE about the missing product within 5 days from the date of delivery. Send an email to info@godchoice.in to report the issue.
  • Required Information: Include your order number in the email. Provide a detailed description of the missing product.
  • Response Time: You can expect a response from GOD CHOICE within 48 hours of reporting the missing product.
  • Resolution: Once the missing product is confirmed, it will be promptly re-sent to you.
  • Refund requests for missing products will not be entertained.

3. IN CASE OF SPOILED PRODUCT

In the case of a spoiled product received from GOD CHOICE, please follow these steps for resolution:

  • Inform GOD CHOICE about the spoiled product within 7 days from the date of delivery. Send an email to info@godchoice.in detailing the issue.
  • Required Information: Attach two clear images of the spoiled product. Include images of the outer box in the email.
  • Response Time: Expect a response from GOD CHOICE within 48 hours of notifying them about the spoiled product.
  • Investigations and Replacement: Following due investigations, if required, the spoiled product will be replaced.
  • Our products are natural and made in small batches. Therefore, Claims for variations in color, aroma, taste, or texture of the product won't be entertained as these aspects may naturally vary from batch to batch.
  • Refund requests for missing products will not be entertained.
